What Data We Collect

When you complete the Trader Mindset Assessment, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your responses to the 55 assessment questions
• Your overall assessment score and identified patterns
• Submission timestamp

We do not collect payment card details directly — these are handled by Stripe (see Third-Party Processors below).

Purpose of Processing

• Delivering your personalised assessment report by email
• Providing trading mindset coaching services
• Following up regarding coaching sessions you have expressed interest in

Legal Basis

Consent — by checking the consent box before submitting the assessment, you consent to your data being processed for the purposes described above.

Legitimate interest — we have a legitimate interest in delivering the service you requested and communicating with you about it.

Data Retention

Your personal data (name, email address) is retained for 90 days from the date of submission, after which it is deleted. Assessment responses and scores may be retained in anonymised form for service improvement.

Third-Party Processors

We share your data with the following processors solely to deliver the service:

• Resend — email delivery (resend.com)
• Stripe — payment processing for coaching sessions (stripe.com)
• Render — application hosting (render.com)

All processors are GDPR-compliant and process data only as instructed by us.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
• Lodge a complaint — with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk)

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws of the Slovak Republic.
